Exclusive Benefit – 30-Day Warranty
Within the first 30 days from the purchase date:
If any defect or issue appears in the product,
the product will be replaced immediately with no discussion.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects, including but not limited to:
- Sudden malfunction or complete failure
- Abnormal performance issues
- Internal component defects
- Charging or connectivity problems
- Audio defects in earphones, earbuds, or microphones
- Abnormal battery performance in power banks or smartwatches
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
For full transparency, the warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, breakage, cracks, or drops
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Cable damage caused by pulling, bending, or misuse
- Use of an incompatible or improper charger
- Any attempt to open, modify, or repair the product outside Majentik service points
- Screen protectors after leaving the installation location
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use
Warranty Activation Requirements
To activate the warranty, we only require:
- The original purchase invoice or a copy of it
- The product in its original condition
- The original packaging (preferred)
Service Speed Commitment
We are committed to completing product inspection and replacement within:
- 5 to 10 minutes at Majentik service points
Reputation-Based Warranty
We do not offer a warranty on paper.
We offer a warranty backed by the name and reputation of Majentik.
Important Notes
- Screen protectors are covered only at the time of installation, in front of the customer
- Holders are covered against manufacturing defects only (not breakage)
- Products are handled immediately and are not held for extended inspection periods
