At Majentik, we believe trust matters more than the product itself, which is why we offer a clear and reliable 30-day warranty for a safe and confident shopping experience.
Within the first 30 days of purchase, any manufacturing or material defect qualifies for immediate replacement without discussion.
Covered defects include abnormal performance issues, internal component faults, connection or charging problems, audio defects in earphones or microphones, and abnormal battery performance in power banks or smartwatches.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid exposure, cable damage due to misuse, use of incompatible chargers, unauthorized repairs, screens after leaving the installation point, or normal wear and tear.
In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the product is replaced instantly with a new one, without repair or waiting time; if the same model is unavailable, it will be replaced with another of equal or higher value.
Warranty activation requires the purchase invoice (or a copy), the product in its original condition, and preferably the original packaging.
Inspection and replacement are completed within 5–10 minutes at Majentik service points.
Screen protectors are covered only at the time of installation in front of the customer, holders are covered against manufacturing defects only, and products are handled immediately without extended inspection periods.
